Jasmine van Loggerenberg

​Jasmine is a specialist employment and discrimination lawyer with almost 20 years of post qualification experience. Prior to joining Workwise Legal she spent 10 years working for one of the UK's largest Claimant law firms, where she advised clients including senior executives, public sector workers, NHS consultants and police officers. Jasmine joined Workwise Legal in 2017 to focus on senior executive and discrimination work for Claimants and HR advice for employers. In 2022, she took a short break from the law to focus on her training and facilitation work with Byrne Dean, a leading global workplace behaviour consultancy. Workwise Legal were delighted to welcome Jasmine back in 2024 and she now advises our clients from her location in Toronto, Canada. Jasmine regularly advises in respect of grievance, disciplinary and settlement matters. She is a skilled negotiator and will seek to explore all avenues of resolution to minimise costs and bring about a swift conclusion wherever possible.
