Alison has been a specialist employment law and discrimination solicitor since 2003, and has acted for unions, employees and employers over this time. These days she mainly advises employers. She has a particular interest in working with employers to ensure that their workplaces are best set up to avoid problems arising. Alison is also an experienced trainer.
