Acting for our clients defending employment tribunal claims or negotiating exits for employees;
Training and consultancy services.
We try to avoid jargon and long letters, giving prompt and sensible advice by telephone and email where possible. We help our employer clients to get things right in the first instance, to avoid disputes arising, but we are there to provide support where issues do arise.
