HR support retainers
The best result for your business is not that you win an employment tribunal claim, but that you avoid the claim altogether. You have a better chance of this if you have ongoing employment law support from qualified solicitors. Fixed retainer arrangements can be surprisingly affordable, and give you certainty about what you are spending on advice. Unlike some generic HR providers, we do not lock you into long contracts, as we are confident for you to judge us on our merits.
With a retainer arrangement, clients can build their own package with one or more of the following.
- A full compliance check and update of policies, procedures and contracts
- Drafting of new contracts and other documents
- Telephone and email advice service on all HR or employment law issues, including drafting letters and emails for you.
- Representation in termination or settlement discussions and drafting settlement agreements
- Tribunal claim representation
- Management or staff training
Support for in-house counsel
We provide support to in-house counsel, who from time to time, need specialist advice on employment issues.

If a claim lands on your desk unexpectedly, we can help. You should be aware that strict deadlines apply to tribunal claims, so you should not delay in seeking advice.
